Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MK DIGITAL SYSTEM LLC ("we", "us") operates the website resetdiscipline.com and the Reset Discipline app at app.resetdiscipline.com. For any privacy question, contact us at info@resetdiscipline.com.

2. What we collect

When you purchase, our payment provider Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record) processes your name, email address and payment details — we never see or store your full card data. Inside the app, the entries you make (daily checks, goals, notes, chat messages with your coach) are stored so the app can work for you. Coach messages are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses; they are not used to train their models per our API agreement.

3. How we use your data

To provide your access and coaching experience, send purchase and product emails, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data for money.

4. Third-party services

We rely on: Dodo Payments (payments & Merchant of Record), Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database & app backend), OpenAI (AI coach responses) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide its service.

For advertising measurement this website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which reports page views and purchases so we can measure campaign performance. We also use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics service by Microsoft, which records anonymised usage data such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement in order to understand how the site is used and improve it. Clarity does not collect payment details or passwords. More information: Microsoft privacy statement.

5. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law.

To opt out of that sharing — this is the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request — email us at info@resetdiscipline.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". We will honour the request within 15 business days and confirm by email. You may also enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser; where we detect it, we treat it as an opt-out request.

You can also limit tracking in your device settings and through the ad preferences of the platform you came from. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@resetdiscipline.com. We answer within 30 days.

7. Children

This product is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your access exists or as law requires. Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored with established infrastructure providers.
